Power of Attorney: A letter issued by the employer authorizing Al-Badi Enterprises -Chennai, India to act on behalf of the employer in recruiting the required number of workers and to carry out all necessary formalities related with the respective Embassy and the related agencies of the government of India. |

Employment Contract Letter: This agreement is made between the company (Employer) and the Employee on the company's letter head stating clearly and precisely all terms and conditions regarding manpower supply from India. |

A NOTE TO THE EMPLOYER |

According to statutory requirements of Protector of Emigrants & Ministry of Labor,
Government of India regulations, the following documents are
requested from ‘the Employer' in order to carry the recruitment successfully: |

| 1.POWER OF ATTORNEY |
from the ‘Employer' in the name of AL-BADI
ENTERPRISES, that is, authorizing us to advertise, recruit
and deploy the required personnel on their behalf. |

| 2.DEMAND LETTER |
from the ‘Employer’ containing all the details of the
vacancy demand like information about salary, duration of
contract, etc duly authenticated. |

| 3.EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT |
from the ‘Employer’ to the ‘Employee’ of service agreement mentioning wages offered and schedule of benefits including accmmodation, food, medical facilities, leave an etc. |

Selection |
| |
We always prefer selection of applicant either by oral or practical test to be conducted by the employer or his authorized representative. We arrange for the clients local transport and other logistic support required for the purpose. In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of worker, we normally do it with the help of a team of experts for technical & professional categories under direct supervision of our professional executives. |

Medical Checkup |
| |
After final selection we send the workers/ candidates for medical check up by the authorized medical center of the respective Embassies of the country of employment. |
| |
|
| |
Application for visa |
| |
For selected candidates, we will apply for the visa in the respective embassy as authorized by the employer. |
| |
|
| |
Ticketing and Emigration |
| |
The employer may send PTA or remit necessary traveling expenses in favour of Al-Badi Enterprises to facilitate traveling as scheduled. We obtain emigration clearance from the concerned Govt. Dept. for the candidates. |

Orientation before departure |
| |
Al-Badi provides basic orientation to workers before traveling abroad. The workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities while abroad and first hand information of work environment there & salient features of labor laws of the country of employment |
